Default got a major problem

guys got a huuuuge prob with my 1000f streetfighter. she runs fine, when she starts, but she just will not start. turns over fine, nice and fast but she will just not fire. she will only fire up if i either run the battery charger at the same time or bump start her.it's a brand new battery as well. took her out for a ride not long ago( once i had got the bugger started). rode for an hour and got home. went inside to dump my helmet and when i got out she wouldn't start. pushed her round to the back of the house and just for giggles tried her. fired up no problem then while i was putting her away i stalled her and she wouldn't start again. begining the think maybe the brain has gone, if it has then it's the breakers for her.
any ideas?
jeff

Just start checking the power going to the ecm. Id check continuity, then do a volt check. If all that checks out I would start looking elsewhere, possibly the fuel system, rusty tank? fuel filter, etc and work your way up to your cylinders. Cheers.

Possible corrosion in some electrical connector. I'd suggest getting some contact cleaner, pull apart any connections related to the bike starting/running and spray some contact cleaner in each one. Also, while you're tracing down those plugs check to see that all ground connections to the frame are tight.

I had a similar thing happen when my r/r was going. Hot - it wouldn't want to start. After it cooled down a bit, it would fire up. Replacing the r/r fixed it.

Yea, Id def be checkiing the components that have the power to kill the bike. Kill switch, wiring. Im not sure about the sensors on these bikes but the things on mine like the BAS and etc. Check any of those. It almost certainly is a wire rubbing or something electrical, it just stinks of it.
