^I don't think to many of us think it is one of those wrecked and can't afford cases. Good luck with your decision and make sure you post some pictures after you get it painted!

Also, if you are planning on doing a satin you may want to look into a normal flat finish, do a finishing wet-sandand spary with a flat clear.

I did this to both my mids and they have a satin finish to them. I don't know if youplan on spraying a clear or not but this way it'll help keep from losing the flat finish.

Yeah, make sure you post pics when it's done. I say to each his own. The more original it is, the better.

And F stickers. My biks is shaved except on the lowers, and when I get my cf set even that one will be gone.

Respol bike + new rider = faaaaaaaag.
That's one of the *most incorrect* statements posted here in quite a while. Please note that I didn't directly offend the person that posted this *incorrect* statement when I easily could have.

Only a no0b trying to look seasoned would post such rubbish.

Is it possible to powdercoat in flat black? If so, do those crank covers and passenger pegs along with the swing arm and it'll be bad-***!!

Flat black... when done right adds an understated level of aggression that is hard to describe.

Sport Compact Car did it to 2 of their project cars a couple of years ago, and the result was INCREDIBLE
Look up "project Silvia" and "Project STI" on their website.

Unfortunately all the ricers tried to copy the look and kind of ruined it.

If you want to go Flat w stickers... Project Silvia had a very interesting twist on it... Flat black paint, with gloss black "sponsorship decals/racing stripes" on it.

I think a satin black paint, with the HONDA lowers, tank wing, and "600RR" on the tail in gloss black would look very good

Flat paint jobs are just like glossy paint jobs, it's all in the prep. Most of the flat jobs I've seen had JUNK for prep. The ones that were done right are beautiful.
