yeah... uh huh! sure can! that's how i have mine set. i belive to set the temp into Celsius, you go to b mode and press adjust once (which changes the temp readout).

at which point 120 is well on it's way to overheating. it should be running at around 100 or less. the fan SHOULD kick on at 106.
+1, mine kicks in about 104

My fan kicks on the moment before the temp reads 220 F (104.44 C) If it doesn't kick in until 248 F (120 C)....then something is not right. Don't use the bike anymore until you get the problem fixed, or you'll have a MUCH bigger problem on your hands. Thermal breakdown is the #1 killler of engines. (Castrol Syntec said so, LOL).
