"Normal" Idle for 2009 CBR600RR

I just picked up my new 2009 CBR600RR from the dealership yesterday. I turned it on to let the engine warm up a bit, and the RPM's never really settled below 1.5K. Is that normal?

Just for $hits and gigz, what does the owner's manual say? Mine is an 07, and 1500 rpm is normal.

I've got an '08 and that is normal.
