Default Throttle Hesitation and "strange" noises from idle

This may be the same problem, or it could be different issues causing my troubles...

My Problems are as follows:
1. when holding the throttle in one static position. The bike sometimes runs somewhat rough or uneven.

2. If I let off the throttle and immediately gives it some throttle, for a half second, second it reacts as if it run out of fuel and then it comes to life as it should.

It ran perfectly before I put it away for the winter.
During the winter I have changed the Fuel Filter and Spark plugs (Iridium ones)

3. I also noticed a mechanical noise when flicking the throttle from idle. Could this be the CCT?

Did you drain or stabilize your fuel before you tucked away the bike for the winter?
It sounds like your carbs need a good cleaning. I wouldn't worry about the 2nd issue until the 1st is taken care of.

I didn't do that, as my garage had a steady temperature of at least 10 degrees celsius the whole time during the winter. I tried with fuel de-icer or what it's called. (It Absorbs moisture and eliminates condensation in the fuel system), it's an isopropyl blend.
That didn't work in the time I rode my bike ( approx 50kms.)

fuel has a tendency to create varnish like deposits if it sits for very long. unfortunately for us, that varnish gunk loves to be in the jets and passage ways of carbs. to me it sounds like they need cleaning.

how long was the bike sitting?
chances are the gas didnt varnish up THAT quickly. with the noise you're getting, it seems more like a carb sync issue to me.

It was sitting approx 6-7 months before I got to ride it again.
I have sprayed carb cleaner into the carbs to se if it got rid of anything. That didn't help.

So now I'm going to call a guy who has a workshop and hear how much is going to charge me to adjust the carbs, (to help me decide if I should buy a Carbtune, or let him do it). and if that doesn't do it. do some troubleshooting for me, beacuse now, I don't have the time to do serious troubleshooting on it.
