Default Coolant lines to "fast idle wax unit"

Please I need help. I removed the two lines that go to the wax unit to fix a coolant leak, but I don't know which line is which. Can someone tell me which line goes to thermostat housing and which one goes to the manifold. Or if it matters? The wax unit hook ups are front and back so if someone could look or knows what the back or front line goes to that would be awesome. Thanks!!

Carb bikes don't have a wax unit.

That's actually a pic of a 929, but yours should be the same.
