Well, you definitely need a stator cover. Doesn't look like anything is too majorly screwed, but always hard to tell with pics.

By the way, I moved your thread from the how-to section because that's where write-ups go. That's why your thread wasn't showing up....they need to be approved over there.

Wow. I have never seen that before. You sheered your stator off the stator cover. You're gonna need alot of parts and that's assuming you didn't tweak the crank.
