I'm thinking of getting a 03 600RR it has 20,000 miles is that bad what do I need to look for how many more miles can I get out of it ?? it looks to be in good shape

20k isnt that much, as long as it was ridden nicely.

As long as it wasn't beat on and is in good condition...

 

start the engine and see how it sounds and the condtion of the bike.if you can get to the bike before buying..if it sounds ok then 20K is not that bad..good luck

 

MAKE SURE to check that the 16,000 mile valve-adjustment was done. If not, it needs to be...........and if you don't know how to do it yourself, it's a hefty chunk of change for labor.

So if it hasn't, check a local dealer to see how much it would cost, then have the buyer take it off the price (since it was supposed to be done).
