Default My bike is screwed up

Alright to start it off on 8-17-07 I crashed the bike nothing to major, had no other option but to throw it down or crash into a buddy in front of me who locked up his brakes.

Though I got luck with minimal damage, i.e. bar ends, brake lever, new sliders, and a little rash on the bike. I took it out for the first time today since the accident and noticed it shifted a little rough, then when I was leaving my meeting it all of the sudden out of nowhere starts to sputter and then died, then I restarted it and went onto the onramp on the highway and started to go up the hill and it was acting like my fuel mapping was screwed up, because it was hesitating a lot. It was kinda running like my truck did when one of the coild went out. I'm guessing it's the power commander, but just wanted to see if anybody has had a similar issue with there powercommander or this problem all together?

Thanks

Power Commander has always been rock solid, maybe you knocked a connector loose?

im with X check your bike 1st before you start blamming the fuel map (pc) .. could be something easily over looked , it happens alot when people are in a rush to get back on after a crash

I think that I might have fixed the problem, but I do disagree with the power commanders being rock solid, I know roughly 15 people that have had nothing but problems with theres and mine was the one I always swore up and down by and have never had problems with.Until now whereI was experiencing the same problems they had with there bikes. But thanks for the help hopefully what I did tonight will fix the problem.

Get rid of it. The bike performs good enough stock. It's a waste of money in my opinion.
