Default Motorcycle Stealerships

So I was checking on some used bikes at a few Motorsports places in Minneapolis and it blows my mind how much they are asking for used bikes. 1994 CBR with 25,000 miles for $4300 and a 2004 CBR RR for almost $8000. Is it just me or is that crazy?? Not sure if that seems reasonable but I can get way more bike around where I live for way less.

alot of it depends on the culture of the area and the availability... here on the southeastern coast you can pick up an '04 with reasonable mileage for around $4500.... check your area craigslist pages too, sometimes there'll be a hidden gem or two in there

Prices all depend on where you are. 05-06 models are still going for around $7500-$8300 around here in Florida. Other places are cheaper. Its all about location.

if you going to get used i would go with a privite sale, dealer ship is always going to be higher and it won't mean its a better bike.

Those are some nutty prices! Sounds like a local place called MOM's here in NH...old bikes for retarded prices....keep looking for your gem. Patience is a virtue.

I agree that is nutty, especially when you can probably get a new '07 RR for slightly more at certain places that have a high inventory that need to get rid of them to make room for the '08s
