It was his daily driver with 18k miles. Is that a lot? How many miles can these handle before they are done?
He said it has never been dropped/wrecked and it was always serviced by Florida Motorsports.

The custom paint is a satin black with random skulls. I'm not a skulls kind of guy so I would definitly want to get it painted.

 

yeah this I believe to be a good deal. I am looking at similar bikes in your area and have a few bids out there myself. he is only asking for trade in value , which is great for a bike with no issues. except for paint, I agree with you on that one buy the way. As for the miles, thats nothing. just breaking in. With all proper maintenance it will go as far as a car will. good luck!

 

Sweet bike, but if your going to paint it you might as well keep looking for one with a stock paint job. Also that's a little high on the mileage for an 06. I mean I have on 01 and it only has 23k on it.

18,000 is nothing to worry about. I have that on my 06 and it runs perfect. Get a feel for the guy selling it and kinda see how hard he rode the bike, ask if the chain has ever been replaced cause if hasnt then at 18,000 you are looking at getting a new chain really soon and that is a couple hundred bucks. Make sure the forks arent leaking and just do research before you jump into buying it. I a lot of people paint there bikes after the wreck them so that is also a smart thing to check out. Overall if its legit and the guy is honest I would say thats a very good price. Hell I would try and sell my 06 for more then that. Good luck and be safe.
