Just Moved To Cali...:( NEED HELP
Yaa i have been to cold springs tavern. A group of us from sbcc always ride up the san Antonio canyon park, and then through the painted cave area, and on the way down we book it down the 154.
This is like rejacking my thread but o well. Im from new jersey. Lived there till i was 18. I thought some of the roads were sharp and twisty out there and i thought i was pretty decent. When i got up in the canyon for the first time i instantly realized i have so much to learn. I would always fall behind the other guys who've been riding san Antonio canyon for two years+ by about 2-3 minutes and theyd wait for me at the top. Ive been through the canyon 4 times now and now they only wait for about 30 seconds. Even the guys with 250rs destroyed me. Its funny and mind blowing to think about how much there is to learn about riding a motorcycle. Just wanted to say that.

we have a badass run to Cold Springs Tavern - we take the 126 to HWY150, take that canyon to The Deer Lodge, then connect that back to the 150 (at Lake Casitas), then hook off to the 92, take that back into San Ynez and Montecito, then connect that to the 154 to Cold Springs...
Then if theres time, we go further down the 154 and hook left (forget the hwy), and take that to Solvang, then Solvang to Jalama Beach, then head home... its an awesome all-day ride
