Default Issues with my front and back LED's

To start off my name is Scott from LA lower Alabama and I have a 06 Orange and Black 600RR and I love it. But like anything "If it's not broke don't fix it", well mine is broke down now.

I installed intergrated tail lights with two LED flush mounts in the front. At this point brake light worked but blinkers did not. I hooked up a resister for each light and now my blinkers work but my brake light did not. I turned my bike on this mourning and now with out changing anything my lights turn on and when I hit my blinkers they turn off. If anyone can help me out I would be so gratefull this crap is kicking my butt. All I want to do is ride.
