RE: Insurance Company??
Aye, I was just browsing the post since it mentioned bike insurance. You might rethink your plan for getting your dad to be Primary, when you'll be riding it mostly. Insurance fraud is serious stuff. Respectfully, you would be putting your fathers insurability and your own at risk. Nevermind getting denied a claim at some point - believe me, they find out. All insurance companies have mad-dog claims investigators. I'm a licensed agent so BE CAREFUL and HONEST. There's more at stake than just your monthly bill.

ninetyfivehp ..... They said that here for the longest time, but now they changed it and you dont! You might want to check back into them. But, I believe StateFarm is the way to go. I pay 65 for comp and liablity. Full was $6925 from them, butthat was still the cheapest

yeah well it's only for pleasure - it's not a commute bike, and my dad will be riding it on it also (probbly why he is giving me the loan). So I am being as truthful as they can see. It's under his name and I still live in his house - so i can be accounted a secondary.. shouldnt throw up any red flags (unless we got a snitch haha) But I work 6 days a week in an astro-van, so barely get out as is and when i do - the damn van is not a sex appeal vehicle haha.
you want the schedule fully?
november thru march/may in Vegas for winter (still working 9-5, and parents are down with em)
march/may thru november i'm back in Idaho vacationing for a couple of months but parents still there when i am
march/may thru november, i come back and forth from Idaho to vegas for work every month or so (for 10 days, then back up to Idaho for 3weeks of vaction)
dont know how it happened like that, but i got best of both worlds..
there's going to be alot of complaints from the insurance agency - but we bring our silvardo and hoping future bike back and forth from idaho to vegas when driving back down for the winter (or going up for the summer) - primary house is in Idaho and secondary is in Vegas..
Very confusing huh? all I can say is I feel like im being completely honest to the agency.. And on the update site - We called Farmers and gave them all the details (also asked about the discounts for alarm and MSF class) but he hasnt gotten back to us yet.. so still waiting
