Im still looking on getting a 08 cbr6000rr, how does $9000 otd seem? If it seems like a good dealer, I would be going from dealer to dealer shooting for that price.

What area are you looking at? .. Being that its early in the year thats a pretty good price. I've read a lot of these threads and have seen prices from 8K - 9.8k OTD. I would fight for 8,700.00 OTD if I went looking for an '08 but would be happy with 9k. Goodluck and invest in GEAR!

I paid $9599 for a 2008 OTD in NJ. I don't think I could have gotten it for much cheaper in my area

They're selling them around here for under dealer cost at $7999 + TTL. So about $8300-ish OTD. I'm picking up a red/black 07 this Saturday.

Blue Fox is right on with that price. That's what their going for here in the midwest. Bought mine in March 07 for $8400 OTD. I'd say anything over $9K is way too much.

I'm really interested in what y'all think in this thread, cuz I'm buying a CBR this month. Either 2007 or 2008. We'll see.

I have a the option of getting a"used" 2007 CBR 600RR with only 200 miles on it.They're offering 10K OTD. How much should that go for??????? I'm thinkin more around 8K to 8500, or else just go new.

Any advice appreciated.
Definatly hold out, over sticker price for last years bike that is used, even 200 miles, someones *** has been on that bike. from what people are saying you can get a new 07 for 8k if you shop around.

(this is from a guy who sucks at haggling and hasnt bought a bike from a dealer though)

It really depends highly on where you live and if you want the 07 or the 08. I probably could have gotten my bike for $1000 less if I bought it out of state but then there would have been other costs associated with it.
