how many volts should the pink wire from the ignition to the fuel pump have on 600rr ??

with the key on.

please help my fuel pump wont kick on !

its an 04 600 rrthe pink wire should be easily accesible running from the ignition back under the tank into a plug.

if somepne could just stick the tip of there muti meter into the pink wire somewhere in between the connector and ignition it would tell them what voltage im needing.

right now im readin 5.8v after the resistor... and before the resistor im getting a ****ed up reading that jumps up and down between 98v all the way back down to 30v and back up everywhere inbetween

you don't have a service manual? and you're troubleshooting the electrical system?

eek.

it's located under the left side mid fairing. it's the first relay from the left. get a manuel before you go any further though.
