My 06 that I have never had problems with wont start after a weekend away. It started, idled really low for a couple seconds and then shut off. now it just clicks when I try and start it. tried jumping it...no clicks, not sure if it turns over but it kinda purrs and exhaust putts out a little but will not turn on. Any ideas of what it could be? anything simple that it may be so i dont have to go into a shop? already checked fuses...not a problem. Please help....

 

What year? Could be a charging problem associate with the regulator/rectifier.

 

its an 06

 

get your battery checked. could be a dead cell
also make sure your battery cables are tight
i had that problem once and it turned out a cable had vibrated loose

 

sounds like battery.. you are not getting any power to engine to start it.. check cables
