Default Full Yoshimura RS-5 exhaust vs slip on

Right so I have an 07 cbr600rr and have yet to do any real mods to it. I don't want this to be another "which exhaust should I get" thread, so I'll try to stay away from that. I really like the RS-5 exhaust in carbon fiber, and have decided to get it. I have been planning on just getting the slip-on, but was curious what you guys thought. Should I spend the extra $300? Is it worth it? I know the peak HP won't differ too much but it will throughout the powercurve. The Yosh pipes are stainless steel, which is kinda a bummer for me as I love the look of titanium. Also, how will the sound be affected? Anyone with experience with the more recent Yosh systems, pics/videos/soundclips are very appreciated.

The last question I have is, if I decided to buy the slip on system now, how easy would it be to purchase the headers and midpipe later on? Could I buy these pipes from any manufacturer, ie Akrapovic or something, and have them fit up to the Yosh slip on system? I like the way the full Akra system looks but it is expensive and I have yet to see it for sale anywhere for the 07's yet. But damn that titanium looks awesome!

Thanks in advance guys.
