Default frame slider install question

well i got my vortex frame sliders and i got my fairings off. i got the left side bolt out and installed the sliders just to make sure it works and all that. and when i get to the other side its got like a whole and an allen wrench inside with a nut on the back that is a pain in the arsh to get off. so i got the nut off and i was hittin the bolt as hard as i could..with what little room there was. and its not moving..am i doing it right or should i get the allen wrench from the store and do it that way?. and i found where my tool kit is. is there suppose to be sometihng in there? i did get the helmet strap and stuff already..

thx steve
