I was wondering how much of a difference in sound different bikes make. I found these clips of a bunch of different exhausts (dont know what bike its on) and was wondering if they were anything like what it would sound like on my RR. HERE is the site. I know this is asking alot but if you have one of the exhausts on this site on your RR do you think that you could post up and let me know how close it is to it. Thanks. Im mainly looking at the Yoshimura, Two Brothers, Arata, and Akrapovic.

I listend to a few of the sound clip's, and I kinda like the sound of my own stock exhaust on my own ride,(93 F-2) I thought mine sounded better than those of the after market one's, am I not hearing a good sound clip ?? or am I high???[&o]

 

to tell you the truth, the sound clips don't really do it justice all that much. I've got a micron, and a I love the sound. Not as loud as some of the other exhausts, but still lets people know where I am (plus, the color matches my bike.) I can tell the differences between the exhausts as far as overall characteristics, i.e. mine vs d&d, but in my opinion they are alot more different sounding in person then in the recordings. I wouldn't necessarily go by the sound clips, but they seem like they will give you a VAGUE idea of what to expect.

 

Right on. Thats kinda what i was looking for. I just didnt know how accurate they were.
