So my buddy has an 02 cbr954rr and his engine is bored out to about 1200cc or so. Im sick of not keeping up with him when he decides to crack the throtle when hes leading the pack so my question is on my 07 600 could i drop a 954 or even a 929 motor in mine? Or would it just be easier to take it out and bore it to 750cc or something like that? I like my bike and dont want to trade up for a 1000

Why don’t you enhance your skills and out corner him instead? Just a thought

 

Increase your rear sprocket size by around 4 teeth - it'll make quite a difference...........

 

He obviously shouldn't be leading. If it's pack riding, he needs to ride so the pack can stay with him. I say put him in the back or let him ride by himself.
