Default Changing Clutch Cover

Well I made up a parts list of everything I plan on buying for my bike over the course of the winter and throughout the summer. Im right over $2000 so its not too bad considering its mostly carbon fiber bits and including a stabilizer and rearsets. My bikes black so everythings gonna be black, gold, and carbon fiber but my clutch cover is that silver/gray color and I want to put a black one on there before i put on my gold bolts and carbon fiber cover.

sooo basically how much work/mess is involved with changing these wet clutch covers? Do i just have to unbolt it, bolt the new one on then refill the fluid? Or is there more to it than that?

Someone on dot net recently did a good write up of a clutch replacement how-to. Just ignore the parts with the clutch and and go to the posts on removal and installation of the cover.
