Default Changing clutch

What does everyone use to unstake the nut that holds the clutches in? I had to give up last night because it was late and I was making to much noise. I have done clutches in dirt bikes before and I wasn't counting on unstaking a nut.

OnceI get it off do I need to get a new nut or just restake the same nut again? Also is there a specific torque I need to torque this to? Also do I need to torque the bolts that run threw the springs?

The directions for my post were for a 1000RR. Most clutch processes should be the same.
