i am looking at buying a stator cover off of ebay as mine is all scratched up and doesnt look so nice. i was ready to buy when the page made reference to a gasket that could be added for an additional 8 bucks. i suppose i was assuming that it was simple swap job, but do i need to worry about getting a new gasket? not that changing a gasket is a hard task, but i dont know if its something i need to order or not. anyone have any insight? thanks!

 

yea i would add the gasket it would be worth it. When ever you change anything with fluid in it you should change the gaskets so you dont have leaks.
