I am looking at a new 2005 600RR and am wondering what is a good price for it.

 

i got mine from the dealership with a price of 7500. That's before all the dealership add on's though. I paid almost 11k when all was said and done. so when they tell you the msrp is 7500 make sure you find the final price.

 

MSRP is around 9000, I left paying 9300 OTD, taxes, tags, 4 year warranty.

 

I paid $7500 OTD for my '05 600RR at Southern Powersports in TN. I did have to pay GA taxes (about $400) when I registered it........

 

i got mine otd for $8995. in CA. but i think the biggest difference is going to be where your located.

 

i bought used... 03 600RR with 4200 miles on it for $5550 out the truck.....

 

This bike is new but it is a year old. itis an 05. I was thinking that I should get a deal on it because the 06 are comming. Is it that everyone just pays the MSRP? even on a year old bike? whats up with that?

 

You should be able to get a discount on it because the 06's will be out soon. Check out the price for a new 05 at Southernhonda, which is located in Tennessee. That is their out the door price minus the $20 filing fee they have. You will have to pay tax on it when you register the bike in your state.

I live in Ohio but plan to go down to Tennessee and by an 06 1000RR because they are so much cheaper. I would love to give my local dealer my business but there is no way they would come even close to Southern Honda’s price.
