CBR battery

RE: CBR battery
apparently you haven't looked for more than 10 seconds... they are under the foam at the back of the seat. you'll need a 5mm allen wrench.
find out why your battery is dead though. 2003/2004 CBR600RRs have a poor Voltage Rectifier/Regulator mounting design. they over heat durring slow speed high ambiant temperature riding and are very failure prone on city ridden RRs.

use that guide to help troubleshoot your system.

RE: CBR battery
Dont feel bad.. not all ofus are expert mechanics... peel up the rear outside corners of your seat.. the bolts are underneath and then slide the seat up and back. Before you tear your bike apart and check all of the electrical, take the battery down and have it checked first. Those small batteries dont last forever.. Good Luck...[8D]
