Default '06 600rr brake pads questions

my first question is are oem pads sintered? i only ride on the street not the track. and also has anyone ever used or heard anything good/bad about these pads before? Volar Motorsports. they are a kevlar carbon pad and priced really cheap. wondering if they would be worth a shot. thoughts and opinions please.

brake pads, gear, and tires are always a risky thing to try and skimp on to save cash, especially on a bike. For regular street use im sure theyll be ok but why not just spend a little more to get a set of ebc's or even replacement oem pads that you know you can trust your life with. For their price it probably cant hurt to try them out at least for a few weeks and see how you like them but i still feel like during heavy use or emergency braking cheap pads run a higher risk of separating from the backing plate or suffering some other sort of catastrophic failure.

On my both 600rr and gsxr, the OEM rear pad doesn't really have the "stopping" power, but I think that's how it supposed be?? My friend who stunt changes his rear pad. But for the riding that I do, I don't see a reason why I should
