Default Would a soft front suspension cause this to happen?....

I just tightened my stem adjustment nut, and now the stem is nice and tight. It turns perfectly and doesn't have any play in it.

Well I think my front fork suspension is soft....and here's why.

When I engage the front brakes, my front fork goes pumps in and out, making the front brakes unusable. I think the front forks are low on oil becuase I know I need to replace the fork seals.

Would anyone agree with that?

I would agree there's something wrong with your front suspension. If you know your fork seals are bad why are you still troubleshooting? You're not going to be able to get any hard information until you fix what's broken.

ok well even though i know the fork seals are bad, I've identified that one of my rotors are slightly warped, causing it to grab hard at a certain point, which causes the pulsing.
