He is a suzuki friend of mine, He has been giving me crap about my honda since I bought it. GSXR r nice, but I still love my CBR!

Also I just lost my end cap [&o] .......so I think I am going to get me a set of the HVMP bar ends.

DDVS is right. A throttle should never stick, it's a safety hazard. Maybe you also might want to try loosening the cable nuts at the throttle end, they may be holding the cables at a wierd angel and causing resistance in the cable, loosening the cable nuts (or collars?) will let the cables rest at a natural angel for them. Retighten the cables and test until the throttle snaps closed on it's own.

I have the same problem, its the white sleve of the throttle that goes onto the clip-on. If its dry it'll cause alot of friction. It might be easier to remove the throttle assembly if you loosen up the 12mm bolt on your clip-on. I've taken it off and on atleast 5 times the other day without moving the clip-on towards the front it'll take alot of elbow grease to get it back on.
