what can i do if the throttle handle sticks

 

Lube it with a graphite based lube.
Check to see if the handelbar is straight.
Live with it if its not bad.

 

I removed mine sanded the clipon surface clean and put it back on. the tension will be adjusted by the throttle cables.

 

make sure your throttle grip is not hung on the bar end weight. unscrew the switch/throttle assembly and flush the cable housings with wd-40 or brake cleaner and then relube and adjust. you may want to put a rag at the end of the cables near the carbs to catch any muck coming out of the cable housings. i would also spray down the throttle spring assembly on the carbs. make sure the spring return is snappy.
