UPDATE: man you will never guess what happened today, i was wet sanding the bike today ( new paint), when my phone rings.. he says " is this mr powers?" i said " yes sir it is, may i ask who is calling?" " " its mike from progressive, im the one who found you at fault, i wanted to call off record, no recording, and ask who you were taking to court." so i said " well mike, im taking you, your boss, and the lady that hit me to court, i dont want too, but im not going to roll over and let anyone take a thousand dollars from me either".. he started to get scared and HE REALLY SAID TO ME AND I QUOTE!..." mr powers, ill be honest with you, we have nothing on you, nobody saw it, no police report, no camaras caught it..nothing..we have no proof at all..." I SAID.." NO **** YOU DONT! BECAUSE I DID NOT HIT THAT LADY! AND YOU KNOW IT! if i get anything in the mail saying that your company is pursuing this case any longer then i will sue the **** out of you and i know ill win, so stop your ****..that just goes to show how f*@cked up people are in todays world.. bottom line is the dude got spooked and for whatever reason called me to tell me they f*@cked up..i meen damn atleast give me the money back it cost me to fix the *** end of my bike...

i dont want to settle, i want them to take that bill they sent me a shove it up their a$$..with no lube just a dry piece of paper, straight up their a$$..then ill be happy..actually i think ill report them ..then be happy.

 

dont forget to get them to pay your repair bill. That's what insurance is for.

 

i will push them to pay me after i squash the bill.. how do you tell someone you have no proof they were at fault, after you just gave them a bill and demand they pay it in 30 days..thats what i want to know..
