Default Stalling Engine

Hey everyone, I got a 99 CBR 600 F4 this weekend and while riding it today, I noticed that wheneverI quickly accelerated there was a problem. I was accelerating and I got to about 70mph in 4th and then I would let off the throttle and engage the clutch, as soon asI did this, the bike would stall and I would have to put it into nuetral and start it while riding. Does anyone have any idea whatI did wrong or if it is a problem withmy bike. Also I cant figure out how to lift up the back part of the seat. I turned the key above the license plate and the seat will lift a little, but not enough to open it. Thanks for any answers you can give me.
