RE: rk 520 chain kit
I actually have this exact kit on my 99 F4. When I bought the bike a few weeks ago it needed a chain badly and the sprockets were ruined. I would even slip when I gave it a lot of throttle. So before I put more than 2-3 miles on it I ordered a 520 kit and installed it. I LOVE it. I don't have a lot to compare it to, but the bike pulls like crazy and I can't keep it from wanting to wheelie in first gear at WOT without trying hard. The master link was included and was the clip on type and not the rivet type. I bought the kit specifically for an F4 but I still had to remove like 4-5 links but it was easier than I thought. 5 minutes later with a grinder I had the links removed. Just check, double check, and triple check the length and even have a friend look because if you cut off one too many it won't fit. Otherwise I was extremely pleased with the kit and am just hoping the sprocket won't wear out too fast (aluminum rear).
The cheapest kit I found was on ebay and from a company called SumOfAllParts. I think they even have a website.
