Default Rear Brake Issues

So my f4 ground the **** out of my rotor before I noticed that there was a problem. Replaced the rotor (nice galfer wave rotor) and pads (ebc) and tested... still dragging on the rotor. Even when not using the brakes the rotor is getting crazy hot. So I pulled the caliper off to inspect. Lines look fine and seem to be free of clogs, piston seems to move freely, but the caliper will not pivot on the pivot pin, which I believe allows it to "float" on the rotor. How do you service the pivot pin and/or remove the pivot pin to inspect and re-lube. I cant get the f'in bolt to budge and based on the service manual that bolt should freely allow the caliper to pivot upwards while the tire is on etc. Here is the parts fiche. the pivot pin is part 13 and there is a corresponding boot - part 14. Has anyone had any lck removing or servicing this pin bolt?

re-upping in the hopes that someone has some advice. Ordered a new caliper but would like to rehab the old and sell it. Any advice on servicing the pivot pin?

sure the wheel is on straight? I have heard of people putting the wheel on slightly off and warping rotors

It should come out, it is only supposed to be 20 ft/lb torque. Previous owner maybe red Loctited it?

definitely more than 20 ft. /lb to get it off! Im pretty sure the wheel was on straight, re-mounted it three times, keeping in mind the notches on the tensioner on each side, watching along the swing arm, and having two sets of eyes on it. Ive put this thing in avice and tried to really get on that pin bolt. Also tried to pry it to get it to pivot. No luck at all! Maybe Ill put the impact on it tonight and see what happens. Got the caliper in off of ebay and although it does pivot that f'in boot is halfway coming out. AHHH! selling crap. anyway.
