You can ether check your barrings to make sure they are right or you could take a little bit off of both spacers if the bearings are off by the same amount on each side. But when you start ding this you can mess up your chain alinement (sp) so becareful if you go down this road. At this point I'm out if suggestions so I default to deano or someone else who as more of an idea of what to do. As stated before I see retiming the spacers or Geting the barrings right as it sounds that they might be off?

Well the collar with the lip sticks out about 7/32 from the bearing dust cover and the right(break side about 1/4 I took the mallet to them and when picking up the tire I heard something metal rattling around inside. Gonna take the sprocket and Cush drive out AGAIN in the morning >

The rattle could be the spacer tube between the bearings inside the wheel.

OR

Perhaps the cush drive is not completely in.

Check item 23 is in place from the parts diagram you were using.

Threw in the towel when I ran out of ideas. Took it to a different shop then the place that put in the bearings and it turns out the wheel was cracked. Dude at the other place pressed in the bearings too hard and it cracked the inside of the lip the bearings are pressed into. Still not sure why its 3/8ths over but the rattling is worked out. My guess is the bearings were incorrect, hence the cracked lip. Ebayed a new wheel and going to bad mouth the old shop till i die. Where the mechanic, who turns out only got the job cause he was porking the owners daughter, is an inept pos.
