do i take off the air filter and the container it sits in?

 

Yeah, you gotta take off the cover.
Remove all the screws on the outer edge.
Remove the one in the middle.
Remove air filter.

Then Remove the hoses that are attached to the air box.
Loosen the screws holding the air box on and remove it.

Its not the most spacious engine to change the plugs on, but it can be done.

 

bout to change the spark plugs. GOT ALL THE WAY DOWN PAST MY AIR FILTER AND REALIZED I NEED A SPECIFIC TOOL TO RELEASE PLUG FROM LOCKED POSITION.And it's at an angle so it seems i need a plug wrench only. there's a welded bar preventing me from using any other tools based on my mechanical visual fix up guide.

I BOUGHT THE BIKE USED .....NOT NEW....
NO TOOLS INCLUDED.
JUST BOUGHT NEW FUSES AND PLUGS TODAY AND NEED PLUG RELEASE.
