oil problem

Default oil problem
Hello guys. I'm new around here and I have a small problem. I need to change the oil and I don't now what to choose: 10W40 or 10W50? Castrol or Motul? Thanks.

I have a F4 '00

I think the F4 takes 10W40. I would run Honda CN4 oil.

Oem calls for 10W40. I run the Repsol.
