Especially the breather pipes from the tank page 2-3 if thats block it could be all the problem that there is

An easy fault finding one for this is when the bike wont restart open the fuel cap and if you get a whoosh sound then its building up a vacuum, unblock breather hose

Just popped out for some shopping, Yeh the Pilot Screw takes care of the Idle Mixture , (which is factory set) Main jet takes care of Higher Rpm along with the Needle Jet Slow jet in between (but they all work together for a smooth Transition) and Enrichment valves for cold starts

So should that cause it to run one minute and not the next ... like I’ve tried 10x

what might happen is ,if the Petrol Tank Breather pipe is blocked ,the pump will suck Fuel from the Tank as its needed, the Blockage sets up a Vacuum in the Tank and the pump cant suck any more, Try running the bike with the Tank Fuel Cap open ( at a standstill) if it cuts out again then its not a vacuum in the Tank causing the stoppage and we will look at something else)

Ruff this damn thing.. wanna buy it .. I just don’t get how it ran good like really good until I shut it off and return like 5 minutes later and she hasn’t started since

Stick with it matey, will it turn over or not start at all , quite a way to go till we figure it out
