I'm in the process of ordering a new cam chain tensioner for my bike and all the sites I go to have at least 5 different choices for it. The name of the part is the same in every one but the part number is different. Here's one of the sites for example:

Honda Motorcycle Parts 2000 CBR600F4 AC CAM CHAIN + TENSIONER Diagram

See how there's 6 different part numbers for the "LIFTER ASSY., TENSIONER" but everything else is the same? What's the difference (if any) between them?

I know I'm probably overlooking something really obvious here but I just want to make sure that I order the right part. Any help would be appreciated.

p.s. My bike is a 2000 cbr 600 f4 if it makes any difference

 

I would choose the j24. it's the latest update. You will probably find that all of them will be superseded to the same number anyway.
