found the vibration problem, the sleves from the two forward bolts on the gas tank fell into the motor area, one of them found a home on the valve cover, I also found a electrical piece that the previous owner dropped

Vibration fixed, now I just need another sleve and I can put the tank back to normal, now if I can find where the fuel screws are so I can be done installing the factory pro jet kit

 

found the vibration, there was a metal spacer sitting on the valve cover...lol
