The carbs are different, but you could also check tire balance, tire pressure, loose motor mounts, and fork binding.

Gawd...vibrations can come from all the places or causes mentioned above in the guys posts .

I dunno about the carbies causing it (although , sure it could be?) ...more like balancer adjustment or chain / sprockets near there end perhaps mate ..

You did not actually say how long you have had this new ride ?
or whether the vibration has just started , or has been there all along since you got her ?
Ok just brought her last Wed and rode her back from Canberra to Brisbane (1300k's) the PO had removed the bar end weights and fitted heated grips. At around the 2 hour mark the vibration was just to much to stand so i cut the end of the grips and refitted the weights (there were two sets) i may have fitted the wrong ones???[:@] the vib was reduced to a bearable level and that's how it stayed. So the main chain is a little on the slack side so i'll tighten it tomorrow, the front end looks/feels/seems ok and the engine is sweet and quite> So i was a little mystified, as i had checked the usual spots...so it's over the the "Knowledge"[:-][IMG]/image]

Hey Karlo is your carry rack a Honda one or aftermarket?? You are so right about the colour scheme, and as for grips, yep I'll be doing some looking around and will fit something a little more comfortable Oh almost forgot, how do you find the touring screen?
