Help!! Overheating and stalling

Has it completely stalled out since the new r/r?

No, it hasn't stalled out yet, and I've been riding it quite a bit since I got it painted. It's stuttered a little, but thing close to what it was before. I think if I fix some of the wiring it might free up a little. I also think my jetting is wrong and I'm running a little lean which could be why mine is running a little warm. Still working out the bugs. I tested it yesterday and with the fan and lights on I'm still holding 12.9v at idle (~1300rpm). I think upgrading the wiring might get that a little higher.
