I'm not sure if there really is a straight answer. I'm having the same problem and even after getting the new rectifier I can still notice a slight miss when the radiator fan is on. I'm looking at upgrading all the wires from the stator to the r/r and to the battery and see if that helps. Other than that idk.

Usually this issue is caused because of fuel gets boiled in fuel lines and mixture becomes very lean, thus causing the bike to stall. easy fix is to increase the engine idle speed to 1500 rpm but you will still notice the loss of power when you take off a red light.

Proper fix will be to open and clean the carburetor, check cooling components, and insulate the fuel lines with anti heat insulator.

Then i would clean the carbs. Before taking them apart, i would put 2 oz. of seafoam per gallon of fuel in a full tank to see if it makes it better. Also, try to isolate the reason why its stalling, heated fuel? shortage of electricity? check battery, make sure you check if the generator is charging the battery with proper voltage as well (refer to the manual).

Also, you can eliminate electricity issue by noticing if the bike only stalls while idling when its hot.

Not really.. if the engine is running warm and the fan is on.. electrical still could be the cause because the fan is drawing current.
