I've had my bike ('01 F4i) for about a month or so and the frame gets extremely hot after driving it for more than 15 minutes. The coolant/engine temp gauge tells me the bike is fine, never more than 210 F when stopped at a light. The fluid levels are correct. Is this heat common with this bike or is there something more to this?

 

You should probably post in the F4I section, however, I have found that sport bikes in general feel pretty hot when they are just sitting and running.
