I have been looking around but haven't been able to find anything. first question I have my bike it has 7,000 miles on it runs perfectly or so I think but two things are concerning me. I am running stock air filter, and stock jetting but I did just get a D&D carbon fiber exhaust.

now when I accelerate semi hard in second third fourth almost every gear but first it sounds like up at the front there is a small squeking noise it might all be in my head but I'm trying to figure out what it would be so I jacked the bike up and ran it through all of my gears and I never heared the noise not even when I just reved it. so I can't figure it out unless it's the chain I'm hearing and because I'm paraniod of hurting my bike I think it's some strange noise.

Second question the slip on that I got I was wondering after putting on a slip on how is it supposed to feel? I mean I put it on and it seems like my engine is weaker you could say I mean it revs much faster and lights and doesn't seem to have any hold back and speed seems to pick up faster is that what the hp gain feels like? Or am I being paranoid again please help thanks guys
