Default Electrical Issue?

Hey guys, I’m hoping someone can help me. I got a weird problem. I noticed I can’t restart my bike once I turn it off. It just doesn’t crank, the battery just clicks. I made sure I have a solid connection and the battery is 2 weeks old.

When the bike starts, it runs like a champ.

PROBLEMS: 1)Bike either not charging or something is drawing power
2) Instrument Cluster not working, may be related to power?

1)Battery Volts at idle: 11.5 OR 12.5 with dash unplugged
Battery Volts at 5000rpm: 13.5

Replaced RR- Tested plug, for resistance, ground and voltage. Tested bike without RR, same result.

Tested plug at Stator for resistance and continuity.

Looked at wires. Only mods include HID and flush mount signals. Checked wires. Tested unplugging headlight, no difference.

2) Looked at instrument cluster. Just lights up, rpms, speedo, and temp stopped working. ODO is at 0 and not counting.
-Cluster is getting constant power, power on ignition, and has ground. Tested rpm signal with key on and running, no signal. Couldn’t test spedo needed to spin rear wheel.
- Fuses and fuse wires look ok.Wires still have Honda tape on them
-I noticed as I was trying to start the bike (the battery no longer cranks it, just makes a clicking sound, even though I left it on a trickle charger over night and it says its full) the odo started to go crazy as did the temp guage after a while. At one point I may have noticed the speedo or rpm needle twitch.

This is very weird, any help or suggestions would be appreciated. I’ve already replaced the Regulator/Rectifier. Before I spend more cash on a stator, I need to find out if it’s a charging issue or a power drain issue. Thanks

If you have checked you wires I'd next check the grounds. Make sure they are clean and shiny.

Then...

Follow the main battery cable and check it's connections along the way. If the connections have tape on them, pull the tape off and check/clean them. (even factory tape) Go through the whole harness. It'll take awhile, but I think after everything is clean you shouldn't have a problem.
