Dropped bike problems?
Last night my bike got tipped my some pissheads onto its RHS. Thankfully the damage doesn't look too bad with scratching to the barends, lower fairing and exhaust that I think won't be too visible once I clean it up.
Although there was a trickle of petrol coming out of the under-bike drain pipe when I found it this morning. There didn't seem to be *that* much petrol had leaked out, yet I assume the bike was pushed over in the wee small hours, so probably eight hours prior to my finding it like that, so if anything I'm surprised why there wasn't more petrol leaked out when there was any at all.
Anyone aware of anything I need to beware of/get checked out before I think about firing up and/or getting back on the bike?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Yeah you should be fine.
Check for cracks and stuff.. But from the sound of only a little gas coming out and no oil.. She Should be Fine.
As Nickels said.. If you've had a previous problem with wiring it may have knocked it loose. But you would probably know if that wasnt working correctly or not.

Cool, thanks. I ended up thinking similar when I realised the tank was full so on its side the petrol would be over the petrol cap which presumably isn't designed to prevent leaking whilst immersed in petrol
Although I don't get why more didn't pour out if it was on its side for hours on end.
Regardless, just took it out for a blast just now and all seems fine. Cheers for the response.
