Default Cbr600f4 won't start

As the title said my cbr600f4 won't start,
A backstory: i was riding in may on tuesday i think 80 miles or 130 km. No problem, i was riding 2 days later for half an hour no problem, yet i started the bike 3 hours after without a problem was riding to a friend and while in idle trying to connect our sena, it shut off.
Of course we tried to start it and heard a strong crank, and sometimes obvious compression. We called ANWB(dutch triple A) and after half an hour later it started, we shut it off and started it succesfully. Yet when i tried to put it in first(as i thought it might have fluked for a while) it shut off again, ANWB came 1 hour after and it turned on using a jump battery. I was even riding for about 3 mins going trough all the gears, no problem. Yet when i was in idle it was fine, but we tried to give some neutral gas and fell out again.

soo we don't think it was our compression or starter. I was waiting on parts and just got around to working on it. I charged the battery in the mean time. I installed new spark plugs tested the coils. It had the all clear. I installed a new pump and new fuel line and filter. I drained my tank filtered the gasoline.
So what else could it be?
My guesses:
-relay/fuse
-carb

Any help is appreciated

This is caused by safety-interloc circuit. Imagine coming to stop at junction with clutch squeezed. Then you put kickstand down, what happens? Igniter kills engine!

Measure all your safety switches: neutral, clutch and sidestand switches along with their wiring.

Well i just finished the rounds, i could hear crank from the starter but again it wouldn't start up, i some times heard compression but it wouldn't start up. I rebuild the carb, new fuel lines, new pump. tested the safety switches, nothing

Yes can measure status of switches at wires on computer connector. Due to AND/OR logic circuitry that combines multiple switches into one wire, you won’t know which switch is bad. Often is loose bolt holding switch that allows misalignment and switch won’t activate properly.

A quick answer thank you but unfortunately the switches are "unfortunately" working

Then wiring between switches and ecu connector is broken.

Do test for spark. Do you get spark when cranking?

I am sorry Dannoxyz, I lost acces to my gmail for a while so I couldn't answer you as i keep forgetting my password but it was stored on my google.
anyhow, yes i got spark when crank the engine, i am indeed also thinking of buying a new cdi or at least checking the wiring as i see it is a common issue, how do i check if it is my CDI or wiring.
thank you in advance

soo while I was still waiting on the fuel pump(back order but I canceled it eventually) I decided to get in contact with a mechanic.
he told me that this happened a few times, and that most of the time it was because of a safety issue, with a sensitive positive cable. I ordered a power probe and I will test it as soon as the new pump gets in.
also after waiting for the fuel pump I got to research on another fuel pump and I got recommended the facet 40171 pump and in specs it it basically a perfect replacement. do I need to do something before I can install this pump.
