Is is possible for you to make a video of you trying to start the bike? might give us more insight into the issue because we can hear exactly how it sounds when it tries to start.

Did you own the bike before it sat for 4 months and personally saw it running? Or you bought it from someone who said that it sat for 4 months and ran before that?

You said that you can keep the bike running with the choke on but the moment you turn the choke off it dies correct?

I think I'm on the right track to getting it going again, thanks to the service manual, I'm cleaning the small jets.. Not sure of there proper name, but they are just beside the big throttle jet, I'm thinking the low speed jet, I have found them to be clogged a little, but can't really find any dirt in the rest of the carbs compressed air goes through them pretty good now lol, thanks man I will keep you guys posted

It was a carb problem, i did find grime in the jets, I got all of them cleaned out an put everything back in place...I'm I have a riding mower tank left over so I'm using it to run the bike to get all the cables adjusted right, an also so I can check for leaks while in getting it up to temp, seems like the throttle cables are giving me a little trouble though, on getting them adjusted, but anyway I would have made a video earlier but didn't read the post where you wanted me to do so until I had already got it back together...an to the earlier comment, the bike belongs to my brother I law, an I'm just trying to get it going for him, it had been stored here in the garage, an it didn't have fuel treatment in it, but it didn't have gas in the tank either, but there was still some in carbs, an that's what messed it up.
