Default CBr f4 problem

hi have a 1999 honda cbr f4 after to i i noticed that the bike would shut off when i had it running on the kickstand for about 5 mins or so it sounds like its struggling to stay on what can be the problem

Sounds like something to do with your carbs.. Have you tried playing with the idle on the bike at all? Whens the last time you had the plugs checked? How does it run when you are going down the road?

carbs probably, might be dirty or out of sync. Any recent maintanence? miles on it???

most likely a fuel issue i'd say. defintiely check on the sparkplugs and carbs.

Also check your air filter and fuel filter.. More then likely the fuel filter is the original on the bike.. Its best to change that and that's an easy and cheap upgrade!
